Conference participants interested in sightseeing in and around Paramaribo and its coastal districts can take advantage of widely available and reasonably priced taxi services. Please note that Suriname taxis DO NOT use meters. More information about taxi services will be available at hotels’ reception desks. For traveling to the interior, we recommend that participants contact one of the many tour operators available in Paramaribo.
